Lending operations dashboard
Replaced a spreadsheet-driven loan workflow with a role-based web platform: applications, underwriting queues, document checks and audit trails.
Hyposoft is a product engineering team for growing businesses. We design, build and maintain web platforms and mobile apps — with senior engineers, weekly demos and code you actually own.
// ship early, ship often export async function deliver(project) { const scope = await discover(project.goals); const design = await prototype(scope); for (const sprint of plan(design)) { await build(sprint); await test(sprint); await demo(sprint, 'every Friday'); } return launch({ support: 'ongoing' }); }
Working across
One team for design, engineering and support — so nothing gets lost in the handover between vendors.
Dashboards, portals, marketplaces and internal tools built as fast, secure, maintainable web apps.
Native and cross-platform apps for iOS and Android — plus the store submission, review and release process handled end to end.
Research, user flows, wireframes and a clickable prototype you can test with real users before a line of code is written.
Deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring and cost control — so releases are boring and predictable.
Automated regression suites, device-lab testing and performance checks that run on every commit, not just before launch.
Inherit a legacy codebase, stabilise it, and evolve it — or take over an app another agency left behind.
We pick the stack that fits your team, timeline and budget, and we document the reasoning. You get a codebase your own developers can pick up later without a rewrite.
Fixed rituals, visible progress, and a working build you can open at the end of every sprint.
We map the goal, users and constraints, then write a scope you can actually sign off on — with a fixed estimate.
Wireframes to high-fidelity screens and a clickable prototype, so you see the product before we build it.
Two-week sprints, a demo every Friday, and a staging link that is always up to date. No black boxes.
Store submission, production deployment, monitoring, and a support plan sized to what you need.
A sample of recent engagements. Full case studies and references available on request.
Replaced a spreadsheet-driven loan workflow with a role-based web platform: applications, underwriting queues, document checks and audit trails.
Cross-platform booking app with reminders, teleconsult video, prescription history and secure clinician messaging on both stores.
Headless storefront plus a companion shopping app, sharing one catalogue, cart and loyalty API across web and mobile.
Three straightforward ways to engage. We will tell you honestly which one fits after the first call.
Defined deliverables, defined price
Best for — MVPs and well-defined builds with a clear brief.
Your team, our payroll
Best for — evolving products and long-running roadmaps.
Keep it running and improving
Best for — live products, and apps inherited from another vendor.
The people on the first call are the people who write your code. No bait-and-switch after signing.
You see working software every Friday and can click a staging link any day. Progress is never a status report.
Your repositories, your cloud accounts, full IP transfer and documented handover. Nothing is locked to us.
A written estimate before we start and a change process in plain language. You will not be surprised by an invoice.
“They scoped the work honestly and told us which features to cut. We launched five weeks earlier than the plan we walked in with, and the app has been stable since.”
“We inherited a half-finished codebase from another agency. Hyposoft audited it in a week, gave us a straight answer on what to keep, and had it in production within two months.”
“The Friday demo discipline is what sold us. There was never a month where we wondered what the team had been doing, and that made budget approvals easy internally.”
A focused MVP is usually four to eight weeks. A full platform with multiple user roles and integrations typically runs three to six months. We give you a milestone plan with dates before you commit, not after.
Fixed-scope work is quoted as a single price against a written scope. Dedicated teams are billed monthly per engineer. Support retainers are a monthly hour bank. In all three cases you get the number in writing before work begins, and any change of scope is quoted separately for your approval.
You do, completely, from the first commit. We work in your repositories and your cloud accounts wherever possible. At handover you get full IP assignment, documentation and a walkthrough with your team.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We start with a paid audit — usually one to two weeks — that gives you an honest assessment of code quality, security and effort, plus a recommendation on whether to continue the codebase or rebuild. You are free to take that audit elsewhere.
Every fixed-scope project includes 30 days of warranty support for defects. Beyond that, most clients move to a support retainer covering monitoring, security patching, OS and store-policy updates, and a monthly hour bank for improvements.
A shared Slack or Teams channel, a live project board you can open any time, a demo every Friday, and a named delivery manager as your single point of contact. We work across IST, and overlap hours are agreed up front for other time zones.
A 30-minute call, no charge and no obligation. You will leave with a realistic view of scope, timeline and cost — even if you decide not to work with us.
Send us a short brief and we will come back within one working day with questions, an initial view on approach, and a time to talk.
